Russia has attacked the central part of Ukraine. 13 civilians were killed in an attack by Russian forces in the Dpropetrovsk region of the country. The governor of the region confirmed this information on Wednesday.

The United States Announced:
Meanwhile, the United States has announced that about 90 million dollars will be given to Ukraine. Washington said on Tuesday that the money will be used to remove land mines planted by Russian forces in Ukraine. This information was given in a report of AFP.
This money will be used to support 100 teams working on demining. At the same time, approximately 1.6 million hectares will be used to train Ukrainian workers in hazardous work. Russian troops left large quantities of mines and other explosives in various areas before withdrawing from northern Ukraine.
The US says more:
Russian forces have left explosive mines in various food aid organizations, car trunks, washing machines, doors, hospital beds and corpses of people killed in the war. The situation has become very dangerous.
