Russia cannot hold the occupied territories.

Although Russia has included four regions of Ukraine within its borders, it is unable to maintain control over them. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky demanded to break the defense of the Russian forces and enter several kilometers inside. Moscow has acknowledged this advance by Ukrainian troops.

After Russian President Vladimir Putin's announcement to include Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhia in Ukraine, the Constitutional Court of the country legalized the matter on Sunday.

Despite recognizing the fact of inclusion in the territory of Russia on paper, the Russian army is facing challenges to maintain the occupation of the areas.

Zelensky said, "Today we were able to advance through the attack." At the same time, our troops are continuing to fight resistance in different regions. We recaptured new areas from enemy occupation.
